What the roster tells you
Anyone who performs home inspections for pay in North Carolina must hold a license from the NC Home Inspector Licensure Board, part of the Department of Insurance (G.S. 143-151.49). The Board's roster lists each licensed inspector and marks licenses that carry disciplinary action; that flag is shown here as a Board action without a date, because the roster records only that one exists.
