Every active and closed county construction permit is searchable in AccelaMeck without an account, by address, permit number or contractor license; the county's GIS quick lookup at gis.mecklenburgcountync.gov/meck-accela searches by address or parcel.

Permit fees

Most fees are calculated from construction value under the LUESA Fee Ordinance (new schedule effective July 1, 2026); trade permits are charged per trade; a re-inspection fee applies to failed inspections. Current fee schedule.

Mecklenburg's open permit data carries no contractor field, so no contractor roll-up is available here yet.
